We grow fresh ginger, turmeric, galangal, and horseradish — crops you rarely find at local markets. These are grown in our fields using the same organic practices we've followed since 1987.
Come early on Saturdays — these sell out fast.
Preserves & Jellies
Made from fruit we grow ourselves — blueberry jam, sour cherry preserves, fig jelly, apple butter, and seasonal specialties. These aren't store-bought. Every jar is made by hand, from fruit picked that week.

Chuck and Diane Bishku have farmed these 40 acres in Oxford, NC since 1987 — growing fruit, vegetables, specialty roots, and cut flowers using organic practices, long before it was fashionable.
Every Saturday morning, they load the truck and drive to Carrboro. That's 38 years of Saturdays. That's what "grown with love" actually means.
